Hm... Based solely on art, I think I'm going to have to go with Marco Rota! He can draw really well. I think From Egg to Duck best showcases his artistic talents.

Don Rosa

He's just awesome

I love Rosa's writing, humor, attention to detail, references to Carl Barks, and plots that are sometimes almost cinematic. He's probably the best writer on the list, but his art, though I enjoy it very much, is inferior to both Rota's and Barks's. I might would even say that Scarpa's art is better than Rosa's, but that's a tough call. Ultimately, all four are great artists, but I would say that Marco Rota is best.

I prefere Don Rosa !

Marco Rota's definitely one of the best artists to ever draw Disney comics, qua artist. I think Don Rosa's strength is that his artstyle (which, mind you, is no slouch even on its own terms) better fits Don Rosa's style of scripting than Rota's art tends to fit the scripts he gets. Rota — especially late Rota — isn't geared towards cartoony, and so there's an emptiness to his comedy ten-pagers. Where he really shines is in stories or scenes where he gets to tackle the moody and grandiose, as in Halloween Huckster or The Money Ocean.

I really LOVE Rota's style, but i choose Don Rosa because of his many details!
