A Big Bust is a comic story written by an unknown writer and drawn by Dick Moores. It features Scrooge McDuck, Donald Duck, Huey, Dewey and Louie Duck, Gladstone Gander, Tooloose Laveck, John D. Morganfellow and Thaddeus Van Astorbow.
Upset that there is no portrait or statue of him in the "World's Richest Men" room of the Duckburg Hall of Fame, Scrooge tries to get a portrait of himself painted by French artist Tooloose Laveck. Discovering that professional artists charge very high for their work, he opens a contest instead, offering a free trip to Paris to the winner, hoping that the sum of all the $1 participation fees will be enough to pay for the trip of the winner. Unfortunately, only Gladstone and Donald enter the contest…
