A Helper For Helper, also known as The Perfect Helper, is a comic one-pager written by Jaakko Seppälä and drawn by Lourdes Rueda Sala. It features Gyro Gearloose and the Little Helper as well as the debut of Helper's Helper.

Description[]

Worried that the Little Helper is overexerting himself, Gyro Gearloose advises him to create a Little Helper of his own. The results are not only tiny and cute, but quite surprising…

Continuity[]

  • Gyro Gearloose refers back to his creation of the original Little Helper himself in Gyro's First Invention (2002), claiming that he "built something he could rely on" and therefore advising the Helper to now do the same.
  • The Little Helper previously built himself a different robot assistant, Little Megahelper, at the end of The Inventor's Inventor (2006).

Behind the scenes[]

Although its INDUCKS code suggests it was created in 2016, this story was only first published in November of 2017 in the Norwegian Donald Duck & Co #2017-45. It has never been officially printed in English, but a scanlation does exist, as seen above.
