Description[edit | edit source]
Huey, Dewey, and Louie take an irritated Uncle Scrooge out fishing so Donald and Mickey can set up a surprise birthday party for him at his house. When they return, Scrooge's bad mood vanishes as he realizes that his nephews haven't forgotten his birthday as he had previously thought.
Behind the scenes[edit | edit source]
A Surprise For Uncle Scrooge was featured in the book Disney's Two-Minute Good Night Stories in 1988. It was written by Mary Packard and illustrated by Bill Langley, Diana Wakeman, and Patricia Keppler (or perhaps only one of the three, as the illustration credits are given in a group on the book's title page rather than individually by the story).
