In 1958, Alamo Rocket Works was commissioned by the “Cattle King” Longhorn Tallgrass to build him a fast rocket with which to reach and take possession of the Golden Moon. The result was befuddlingly fast, Texas-themed, and ran on “a mixture of alkali and cow hair“.
