Allowance Day is a cartoon written by Alan Burnett, Ken Koonce, and David Weimers and directed by James T. Walker. It features Scrooge McDuck, Fenton Crackshell, his alias Gizmoduck, Huey, Dewey and Louie Duck, Launchpad McQuack and, in their debuts, General Chiquita, Walter Cronduck, and Mrs Quackenbush.

Desperate to get their allowance a day early, Huey, Dewey and Louie Duck trick Uncle Scrooge into thinking that Friday is Saturday. But when Scrooge spreads this misconception to the whole world, not only does it cause mass confusion, but the dictator of the Banana Republic decides that the lease on Scrooge's Banana Bran Flakes factory has run out… as well as Scrooge's and Fenton's lives!
