Biography
This French gentleman burglar lived on the French Riviera. He did not practice in a spirit of profit-making. Money, he had and he did not look after it. On the other hand, he was greedy of glory. If he commited robberies, it was to hear about him on the newspaper. This was crucial. If journalists did not move, he commited no theft. His biggest burglary was supposed to be Scrooge McDuck's Money Bin in its entirety, but McDuck thwarted his plans three times.
