The Black Mariah was, by 1942, a sailing ship under the control of Peg-Leg Pete, crewed by his equally-untrustworthy associates, Red Eye and his brother. In 1942, the rogues briefly disguised it as The White Lily, and pretended to sell it to Yellow Beak, Donald Duck, Huey, Dewey and Louie Duck as part of their scheme to get Henry Morgan's treasure from under their beaks.
