Camellia Falco was a human woman who lives on as a spirit.
Description
One of the original members of the Society of Explorers and Adventures, Camellia was an engineer who built some of the first flying machines, including the Dream Flyer. She also continued the Society tradition of displaying an oar from a past expedition at the Tropical Hideaway, using an oar from an 1831 expedition on the Zambezi River.
The exact date she died is unknown, although it is known that by 2019 that she had become a spirit, residing at the Museum of Fantastic Flight in Porto Paradiso, where she guided guests to take journeys of the imagination on her Dream Flyer.
It would seem that Camellia owned a pet falcon, judging by her portrait, although not much else about the bird is known.
Behind the scenes
Camellia Falco (or rather, her spirit) is set to be the host of the upcoming Tokyo DisneySea attraction Soaring: Fantastic Flight. Her expedition oar has already been installed in the Tropical Hideaway in Disneyland, making this her official introduction.
She is one of the only Society members not to appear in the Society group portrait in Mystic Manor, having been created long after the portrait was.
