Captain Bird, a captain of the Coast Guards, was the man to finally capture the mad scientist Doctor Yess on Pogo-Pogo near Tahiti in the 2010's. He gave Yess's fraudulently-acquired deed to Pogo-Pogo to Gladstone Gander after taking him and his henchpeople in.
