The captain of a band of pirates operating a speedboat marked “''250''”, Captain Percy was active in the Pacific Ocean in the mid-1930's, when it attacked the boat on which [[Donald Duck]] was sailing on his way back to [[Duckburg]] after some time traveling from island to island. As the boat contained only a shipment of corn, Percy ordered his crew to sink it out of spite. Thanks to Donald's heroic efforts, the crew were able to make it to the lifeboats before the ship sank altogether. The captain of a band of pirates operating a speedboat marked “250”, Captain Percy was active in the Pacific Ocean in the mid-1930's, when it attacked the boat on which Donald Duck was sailing on his way back to Duckburg after some time traveling from island to island. As the boat contained only a shipment of corn, Percy ordered his crew to sink it out of spite.
