The circus manager is, as his name implies, the manager of the Wild Animal Circus.
Description[]
This anthropomorphic dog, whose true name is unknown, had become the manager of the Wild Animal Circus by 1963. In hopes of advertising his business, he visited the barbershop of Donald Duck, asking him to display a poster for the circus in turn for a free ticket. He would meet with Donald again when the latter took responsibility for shaving fur off of the Wild Animal Circus' star, Horrendo, much to the manager's chagrin. "I'll take my lost profits right out of your feathery hide", was his initial threat to the duck, though he relented after Donald threatened to cut his mustache.
