Plot[]
While nearing a burnout, Gyro Gearloose invents a device which increases the dutifulness of anyone who falls prey to its rays — forcing them to do anything which they rationally consider the best use of their time, and blocking any procrastination. Convinced he has finally found the way to solve all of humanity's problems, Gyro whizzes through Duckburg, using it on all he passes…
