One of the earliest members of the Crew of the Copper-Colored Cupids, well-mannered, even-tempered Colonel-028 takes great pride in his status as a veteran and delights in telling (perhaps exaggerated) stories of his great deeds to younger Cupids. The Colonel is very fond of his daily routine and tends to raise a fuss if it is ever disturbed.
