The Copper-Colored Council of Elders, often known as simply the Council of Elders, is a group of ten Clockwork Cherubs.
Description[]
The Council of Elders is made up of the ten oldest members of the Crew of the Copper-Colored Cupids, thus comprising the Cupid Prime and Cupids #2 through to #10. They are the permanent governing body of the Crew and the leaders of the Cupid Parliament.
