Cosmo Duck is one of a number of cousins to Donald Duck, brother of Daisy Duck, specifically one who works as an astronaut.

Cosmo Duck first appeared in the November 1963 story The Overnight Hero.
Blogger Xander Ares has theorized that Cosmo may be the same individual as Mr. Duck, husband of Della Duck and father of Huey, Dewey and Louie Duck.[1]
