Daughter of the Phantom Blot (La Fille du Fantôme Noir in the original French) is a comic story written by Jérôme Wicky and Jean-Marc Lainé, and drawn by Gen-Clo. It features Minnie Mouse, Clarabelle Cow, Daisy Duck, Donald Duck, Scrooge McDuck, the debuts of Rosa, Buck Skyrunner, Countess Leïla, Mrs Pigeonnot and the Killer Robots, and flashback appearances of Morty and Ferdie Fieldmouse. Mickey Mouse, Horace Horsecollar and Inspector Pigeonnot are also mentioned, and a Darth Vader action figure can be glimpsed.

Daisy Duck, Minnie Mouse and Clarabelle Cow are being interviewed by TV journalist Rosa as part of a plateau of "famous adventurers' female sidekicks" alongside Countess Leïla and Mrs Pigeonnot when the already-grating event is interrupted by a high-tech-equipped supervillainess who introduces herself as the Daughter of the Phantom Blot, and plans to put all of Calisota under her hypnotic control!

- Buck Skyrunner and Countess Leïla's adventures are the subject of a best-selling book series. Its Book 2 is The Grandsire Strikes Back while its upcoming Book 3 is to be titled Return of the Necktie.
- The Phantom Blot's Daughter utilizes futuristic technology such as her belt buckle (which materializes her costume) and Killer Robots created by modifying Rosa's film cameras.

- The Phantom Blot's Daughter broadcasts hypnotic spirals on television as part of her scheme, imitating her father's memorable scheme from The Blot's Double Mystery (1955).
- Mrs Pigeonnot mentions that Minnie Mouse has helped Mickey Mouse battle the Phantom Blot on numerous occasions. This is true.
