Dewford Dingus "Dewey" Duck, also known by the nom de plume DJ Daft Duck and as Turbo Duck (the name his mother, Della Duck, originally meant to give him), is a young anthropomorphic duck and the 2017 Continuum's counterpart of Deuteronomy "Dewey" Duck.
Description[]
Dewey is the triplet brother of Huey and Louie, living with their uncle Donald ever since the disappearance of their mother Della, about whom they don't remember a thing. Unlike his counterpart in the main universe, Dewey is different from his brothers, as they are from him. Dewey is distinguished by his assertive, adventurous temper (rather like a younger Scrooge's, but more egotistical). In 2019, he was made into, technically, a Greco-Roman God, following his theft of the Sandals of Hermes, though he made little of his newfound status afterwards.

Catchphrases

Behind the scenes[]
This version of Dewey first appeared in 2017 in Welcome to Duckburg.
In this universe, Dewey's middle name is Dingus rather than his first name, which here is Dewford. This makes him the first 2017 Continuum character to have his name changed from the main continuum version. In Raiders of the Doomsday Vault, he claims that his middle name is Dingus, presumably after his great-grandfather Dingus McDuck.
