Doc Skunk is apparently a friend of Marcus Mouse's. An egg specialist, in 1930 he checked on Marcus's hens and confirmed to him that they were in good condition, despite the fact that they had not been producing eggs. Other than this, nothing is known about him.

Doc Skunk was mentioned in a strip of Mr Slicker and the Egg Robbers originally released on October the 31st, 1930. He is not known to have made any physical appearances.
