Donald MacDonald was a male anthropomorphic duck.
Description[]
In 1411, at a time when the Clan MacDonald ruled over the Hebrides in Scotland, the clan head Donald MacDonald (a namesake and possible ancestor of Donald Duck) decided on a whim to invade the County of Ross. Headed off by a posse comprising the Count of Mar, the Constable of Dundee, the Sheriff of Angus, the Prevost of Aberdeen and a number of city militias, his forces were decimated; Donald MacDonald fled back home, which he never left again until his death in 1423.
Behind the scenes[]
Donald MacDonald appears in the 1975 story The Famous Donalds.
Donald MacDonald (ドナルド・マクドナルド) also happens to be the Japanese localized name of McDonald's mascot Ronald McDonald.
