Behind the scenes Edit
Donald and his Friends was first released as a stand-alone boom in 1987. It was later re-released as a stand-alone book in 1988.
In the book, Gladstone mentions an aunt Adele, saying that she died and left him a mansion in Spain. Although he was making this up to trick Uncle Scrooge, it is possible that Adele does exist.
