These two Duckburg ufologists are the specialists whom Scrooge McDuck hired to scan his Money Bin looking for O.K. Quack's Flywheel. Though they took the job, they were personally convinced that Scrooge and O.K. were actually just mad, and the Flywheel didn't exist.
