The Exalted Grand Marshal of Duckburg Burrow Number 13 is a male anthropomorphic dog.
Though appreciative of talent when he finds it, this Junior Woodchucks big brass, who was in charge of vetoing or approving promotions within Duckburg Burrow Number 13 (Huey, Dewey and Louie Duck's troop) in 1951, is mostly seen to be a severe, no-nonsense kind of individual. It was he who approved Huey, Dewey and Louie's becoming ten-star generals, and all despite Donald Duck's disastrous attempts to "help" them pass their tests with barely-remembered Little Boonehead know-how.
