General Meridian was a male Moonlander from the 2017 Continuum.
Description[]
The father of General Lunaris, the late General Meridian lived his life in fear of the Earth after witnessing the launch of “mysterious objects” from it (presumably the first human space programs). This led to his son growing up determined not to live in the Earth's shadow, and instead work out a scheme such that Earth would fear him.
