By 1969, Gyro Gearloose owned a gladstone bag serving as an “emergency kit” that he could take into potentially dangerous situations. It contained various devices invented by Gyro to get himself out of fixes, such as the Zoom-Stick. Gyro notably took it with him back to Ancient Greek when he used the Fantasy Finder to go rescue Scrooge McDuck.
