The Donaldless Continuum's Gyro Gearloose's life was identical to the eccentric inventor we know and love until he tried to invent the Think Boxes. As Donald Duck was not there to help him with the experiment, something went wrong and Gyro ended up caught in the Boxes' negative beam, robbing him of his genius. Gyro was forced to quit his inventor gig; he bought a retiring Grandma Duck's farm and car and became a farmer, even though he disliked the hard work. A few years later, his version of the Little Helper stopped working and Gyro was unable to repair him.
Behind the scenes
This version of Gyro was only ever seen in 1994 story The Duck Who Never Was.
