Goofy has come around to treating Ellsworth more as a person than a pet… but little does he realize the true extent of Ellsworth's intelligence. In truth, the mynah bird advises physicists and the very government of the United States of America… even as Goofy buys him storybooks and wonders whether it's not a little too hard for the bird.
