Henry Ravenswood's Son, who once signed his name “X” in letters to his father, was a human man.

One of the relics in Phantom Manor by the time it became haunted was a letter signed “Your son, X” addressed to Henry Ravenswood. Its author lamented having to live without the wealth of the Ravenswood household and, for that reason, made hypocritical excuses for some past slight. It is unclear if the author of the letter was a legitimate but estranged son of Henry's, or the product of one of his affairs.

Behind the scenes

Henry Ravenswood's Son was mentioned through his letter in Phantom Manor upon its opening day in 1992. However, the letter was one of the elements removed from the ride in the 2019 refurbishment.
