Horatio Help was the third comic story in the unofficial Charlie's Head Is In The Hatbox ‘verse, created by Raining13. It features Rain's World's Hatbox Ghost Charlie Hatfield as well as Horatio Ernest Topper.
Plot
Charlie Hatfield becomes mired in his parallel-universe counterpart Horatio Ernest Topper's huge collection of hats. A sunglasses-wearing Horatio seems unconcerned.
Behind the scenes
Horatio Help was first released in 2020 on Rain's Blog, and was later reblogged onto the main Charlie's Head Is In The Hatbox.
