Investigaton-464 is a member of the Crew of the Copper-Colored Cupids' Intelligence Institute. In 2019, he headed an investigation into the Szaclowk, predictably frustrated by the beings' abnormal nature. He also has a favourite coat, which he misplaced in 2019. The Blue Feather was commissioned to scour the Homeworld to find it again.
