Description[]
"Itsy-Betsy" (whose real name is presuambly Elizabeth) is the niece of Clarabelle Cow. Born in 1964, Itsy-Betsy was nonetheless rather big for her age, and, doubled with her mischievous personality, this made her quite the terror at age five when April, May and June were hired by Clarabelle as a sunday job to keep an eye on her.
