Description[]
The level-headed daughter of Wendy Darling and her husband Edward, Jane lived through the London Blitz, making her precociously mature but also forcing her to let go of childhood and all things she felt were "silly"… including stories of Neverland. Her mistake in dismissing it as fiction was handily demonstrated to her when Captain Hook kidnapped her in 1941 as bait for Peter Pan. After this first adventure in Neverland, Jane visited often, now with her brother Danny and with her mother's full approval.

Jane, based on the character of the same name in James Matthew Barrie's Peter Pan play and novel, first appeared in 2002 in Return to Neverland.
