The cousin of Bill Money, dastardly Jim Rascal followed him, Spirou and Mr Papyrus around the world in 1938 and 1939 in an attempt to trick Money into losing his right to Doug Maggs's fortune so that it would default to him. Rascal ended up done in by his own greed as he was thrown overboard by the very pirates he had hired to try and get rid of Bill during a cruise.
