Donald and the nephews, on a trip to Disneyland, see employee Joe Cowles flying over the Matterhorn because he put "too much popcorn in his popcorn wagon's popcorn popper".

Joe Cowles' Popcorn Popper was sent by Carl Barks to fan Joe Cowles in 1961, in thanks for giving him the idea for the story The Candy Kid. It is one of the few unofficial Barks stories that was inked.
