Joe Torcivia is a presumed human man, and the Disney comics universe's version of the real-life Joe Torcivia.

Description

Joe Torcivia is an American comics scholar. Through the comic accounts of Mickey Mouse's adventures, Torcivia learned about the existence of the Eye of Fire and decided to seek it out for himself. This attracted the attention of the Horde of the Violet Hare, who threatened him through his blog with brainwashing. This was only the beginning of a series of weird secret organizations which ended up interacting with Torcivia through his blog.
