The Jovian Fisherman is a male Jovian.
Description[]
Originally poor Jovian space-fisherman hunting for edible meteorites in the Asteroid Belt, this jolly fellow was the one to find Donald Duck stranded on Asteroid 60 and rescue him. Having lost his Space Navigation Ark (or “Snark”) in the adventure, the even-more-impoverished fisherman ended up 'selling' Donald to the J.A.M. to save his family from financial ruins; however, uncharacteristically for Donald, the two remained on friendly terms on subsequent meetings. Due to his association with the Earthling now known as the Savior of Jupiter, the Fisherman seemingly gained significantly in social status between in 1960 and 1995, though not in wealth, and he was allowed free access to the Virtuoduck in 1995 in order to show it to Donald and help defend the planet against the Saturnian Mothership.

The Jovian Fisherman appeared in the 1960 story Uncle Scrooge's Money Rocket, and reappeared in its sequel The Return of Rebo.
