Jughead Jones, better known as Neighbor Jones, is an anthropomorphic dog.
Description
The hateful Jughead Jones is Donald Duck's next-door neighbor. Obsessed with his hatred of Donald, Jones seems to follow Donald whenever he moves. He is mostly known to be a grump as well as a prankster.
