Keith James Ferguson is an American voice actor and comedian.
He is probably best known for voicing Blooregard Q. "Bloo" Kazoo in the Cartoon Network original series Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends.
His Disney roles include Lord Hater in Wander Over Yonder, Deputy Durland in Gravity Falls, and Friend Owl in Bambi II. Additionally, he voiced Sir Bartleby in the Sofia the First episode The Silent Knight, Grime in the episode Minding the Manor, and the Wishing Well in the episode When You Wish Upon a Well, and he dubbed Marluxia in the Kingdom Hearts series.
In DuckTales 2017, he voices Flintheart Glomgold and some extra characters such as Johnny and Randy.
