The King of the Water People, also known as the King of Atlantis, is a Water Person.
Description[]
The stern but practical King of the Water People ruled the Sunken City, upholding the Laws of Atlantis, when Scrooge McDuck, Donald Duck and Huey, Dewey and Louie Duck visited it around 1953. The King was fond of claiming that his City was Atlantis itself, rather than the colony it more probably was, though it is unknown if this was his deception or if he was merely repeating a generations-old misconception.
