Kit Cloudkicker, also known as Kit Skyprancer, is a male anthropomorphic Bear and the 2017 Continuum's counterpart to the original Kit Cloudkicker.

Description

The sidekick of Baloo in his childhood, Kit always dreamed of becoming an ace pilot just like his idol. To this end, he attended pilot school, where his classmates included his childhood friend Molly Cunningham and Della Duck. However, despite his gifts in the art of "cloudkicking", in which he rode through the sky on an Airfoil, Kit proved to be a less than responsible pilot. As such, when contracted by F.O.W.L. to transport the Stone of What Was, Kit acted rashly and dropped the dangerous magical artifact on an island.

Due to Kit's irresponsible business practices, Higher for Hire and Kit's plane, the Sea Duck, were on the verge of being sold by his bank when Della and two of her sons arrived in search of the Stone of What Was. Hoping to save his business, Kit forced the Ducks to hire him to take them to the site where he had dropped the stone. This led to an encounter with Don Karnage and his Sky Pirates, who had been hired by F.O.W.L. to retrieve the stone. Kit and the Ducks successfully secured the stone, but arrived back to find that Kit's plane had already been sold to his old friend Molly Cunningham. However, knowing where Kit's true talents lay, Molly offered him a spot in her stunt show, which he accepted after some prodding from Della and her boys.

Kit and Molly were later abducted by F.O.W.L., along with many others, but were rescued thanks to the efforts of Della and her family.

Behind the scenes

The DuckTales 2017 version of Kit appears as an adult, resembling a cross between his original counterpart and Captain Baloo from TaleSpin.
