Huey, Dewey, and Louie travel to Sweden to visit their aunt and uncle. There, they meet a boy named Lanuk who has a reindeer named White Horn. After a few days of fun in Lapland, it is time for Lanuk and his family to leave so they can begin the reindeer migration. Lanuk does not want to go, because White Horn is too old to come. Meanwhile, Sven is getting to old to take all of the bread he and Gerta make to town each day by himself. The nephews solve everyone's problem at once: White Horn can stay with Sven and Gerta until Lanuk gets back, and while there, he can help Sven transport the bread!
