Description
The Legion of the Chartreuse Tortoise are a "knockoff" of the Horde of the Violet Hare, who, learning of the Horde's purpose of finding the Fire-Eye of Atlantis, began seeking it out for themselves. The Legion was obviously not as well-funded as the Horde, with two of its members, Fluffy and Mervin, being forced to borrow their unaware flatmate Debbie's phone to carry out evil communications.

The Legion of the Chartreuse Tortoise is a parody of the Horde of the Violet Hare created by cartoonist Debbie Anne Perry in the comments section of a post of Joe Torcivia's The Issue At Hand.
