Madame Tarsa, also known as the Toymaker, is a woman of unclear species.
Description[]
Madame Tarsa is a mysterious woman of fantastical magical power, including apparently-unlimited shapeshifting, teleportation, and self-multiplication. With neon-purple hair and mauve skin, she wears a colourful jester's outfit and wields a cane topped with a rubber ball, which appears to be tied to some of her abilities. Tarsa dubs herself the Interdimensional Toymaker and is an expert in making improbable toys with obvious appeal but a dangerous side that means she can only sell some of them in the Interdimensional Black Market (such as her sentient ventriloquist's dummies which genuinely steal other people's voices).
