Magica's Hot Plot is a comic story written by Frank Jonker, penciled by Santiago Barreira and inked by Jordi Alfonso. It features Magica De Spell, Scrooge McDuck, Donald Duck, Ratface, Huey, Dewey and Louie Duck, Albert Quackmore, and, in his debut, Willie the Wisp.

Magica De Spell entraps a shape-shifting will-o-the-wisp and promises it infinite power over other wisps if it'll use its shapeshifting to steal the Number One Dime for her, and its fire to melt it into the Amulet of Midas. Mayhem ensues at the Money Bin…
Behind the scenes[]
This story was first printed in 2004 in the Dutch Donald Duck #2000-05. It was printed in English in Uncle Scrooge #332.
The story's opening features the Dismal Swamps, memorably seen in Carl Barks's Swamp of No Return, though the story is not otherwise a sequel to that story.
