Mary Darling is a human woman.
Description[]
This beautiful woman lived in London in the beginning of the 20th century with her hot-tempered husband George and their three children,Wendy, John and Michael. Mary was more lenient with her children than her husband, and, where George firmly denied the existence of Peter Pan, Mary was willing to think of him as an immortal "spirit of childhood", even if she was skeptical about him being a flesh-and-blood person. (Following the Darling children's adventures in Neverland, however, Mary would be confronted with tangible proof of Neverland's reality in the form of the Jolly Roger flying back there from London.)
What became of Mrs Darling after her children grew up is unknown, although she and her husband were no longer living in their former house in 1941.
