The Mayor of Wild West Town was one of the failed or trouble-making toys banished by the sorcerous Madame Tarsa into her Toymaker's Labyrinth. There, he has become the Mayor of Wild West Town, and has found great purpose in this, loving to be the leader and guardian of the other outcasts who became his “citizens”.

The Mayor of Wild West Town debuted in the 2019 Crew of the Copper-Colored Cupids story The Toymaker's Labyrinth, and reappeared in the 2020 Christmas special of the series, The Time of the Toymaker.
