Mickey's Nightmare is a male Nightmare.

This little imp in extravagant clothing served as Mickey Mouse's recurring nightmare for so long that Mickey and he came to have an almost friendly relationship with one another by 1945. One night in the Spring of 1945, Mickey's Nightmare was late to Mickey's house, causing another, scarier Nightmare to attempt to "take over"; however, he was kicked away by the late-arriving friendly Nightmare, who apologized for being late.
