The Mob of the Maroon Magpie is a malevolent secret organization.

Description

The Mob of the Maroon Magpie, headed by a duo of mad scientists known as Dr Jeckle and Mr Heckle, are a sinister secret organization and apparently some sort of "knockoffs" of the Horde of the Violet Hare, akin to the Mélange of the Mauve Muskrat. When the Horde gained its 900th member, the Mob, intent on antagonizing the Horde, stole their celebratory cake. On a separate occasion, the Mob of the Maroon Magpies had a run-in with Joe Torcivia, who described them as "sly" and urged all the readers of his blog to be wary of them.

Behind the scenes

The Mob of the Maroon Magpie is a parody of the Horde of the Violet Hare created by Joe Torcivia and an anonymous reader (known by the Wiki to be Lupan Evezan) in the comments section of a post of Joe Torcivia's The Issue At Hand, in continuation of the comments of an earlier post.
