Description[]
Mister Fleasap is a real estate agent. In 1991, he bought 131313 Gloomy Terrace, an old abandoned Duckburg house said to be haunted. He hired Donald Duck, recently turned housepainter, to give it a fresh coat of paint so as not to spook potential buyers. Fleasap tried to warn him about the house being haunted, but the overconfident Donald brushed him off. He was never to stand corrected, as the ghosts instead spent their time terrorizing Huey, Dewey and Louie Duck (who were trying to scare Donald by pretending to be ghosts) and never actually made themselves known to Donald; as such, Donald was able to complete his contract, to Fleasap's complete satisfaction.
