Description[]
Mr Gottloote and his wife were, in late 1980, sufficiently prominent members of the higher social circles of Duckburg to be slated to appear in the 1981 edition of its social register, unlike Scrooge McDuck, who, despite his immense wealth, was so reclusive and so uninterested in social matters as not to have even heard of the Gottlootes, or, indeed, any other people on the Register.
